Simple Retirement Plan eligibility after 1 year (with matching up to 3%)
Health Insurance $1500 deductible max out of pocket $4000 80/20. Eligible after 90 days; $20,000 death
40hrs vacation after 1 year, 80hrs after 2 years. 1 day added per year up to 120hrs
All major holidays paid 8 hours, eligible after 90 days
