Swiss Turn Multi-Axis

Our Swiss lathe department currently contains two Star CNC Swiss-turn machines with a capacity to turn diameters up to 32 mm. They are ideal for the manufacturing of complex, small diameter components. These machines are equipped with automatic bar feeders to run “lights out,” maximizing efficiency.

Being accustomed to the job shop culture, it is a common occurrence to run several one piece prototypes or small batch series’ of parts in any given week. This gives us a distinct advantage in the marketplace as we are prepared to take on hot jobs where most Swiss Lathe departments are dedicated to large scale production only. We consistently meet or exceed our customers expectations for on-time delivery.
